Do you take one-night bookings?
Kitoki Inn has a two-night minimum policy.

Do you have any availability?
For an updated date of our next calendar release, please refer to the booking page.

Do you have a wait list for cancellations?
Any availability due to cancellations are released as we receive them. Please check our calendar on our bookings page often to see if there are 2 or more dates open to make a booking. Available dates are listed under OPEN NOW under the calendar.

What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check-in anytime after 4:00PM on your arrival day. Check-out is 11:00AM.

How does check-in work?
We’re pleased to offer guests a contactless check-in procedure. All pertinent information to facilitate your check-in will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

Am I allowed to bring my kids?
Kitoki Inn is geared towards offering a quiet, relaxing getaway. Any guests staying at the inn must be 12 years of age or older.

Can I bring a pet?
The inn has a no-pet policy.

Can I bring my own propane stove or barbecue?
Please do not bring your own propane stove or barbecue and use the induction stove top provided in the kitchenette.

Is there parking on-site?
There is one parking spot for each cabin. Trucks and additional cars can be parked in the overflow parking area by the main gate.

Is there somewhere on Bowen to charge my electric vehicle?
We have one electric charging station at Kitoki. There is also a charging station at the Bowen Island Library parking lot.

Is the bathhouse open to the public?
Sorry, the bathhouse is reserved for guests staying at Kitoki.

Can I smoke in my cabin?
All cabins are non-smoking. A $250 smoking fee will be charged to your account if you light up or vape inside the cabins or bathhouse.

Why is there no television in the cabin?
We encourage guests to unplug from distractions and devices while at Kitoki, so we’ve opted not to install televisions. However, each cabin has free WiFi and high-quality speakers to use at your discretion, as well as an entertainment library, where you can borrow books, games, and puzzles to enjoy during your stay.

How do I use the bathhouse?
Each cabin can book the bathhouse for two private, 90-minute sessions per day—one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening. We recommend rotating between a soak in the hot bath with a cold hydrotherapy shower and a rest by the fireplace in the adjoining Japanese garden. Clothing is optional, as is the tradition. We ask all guests to shower before entering the bath. Use of the bathhouse is for registered guests only.

What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations with 14 days or more notice of your arrival date are refunded the deposit less a $50 fee. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and no refunds are available if your reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. No refunds will be provided for early departures.
